Jane Brown --
was born and raised in the Virgin Islands and attended
Emerson College where she majored in Business. She then moved to Italy
where she enjoyed a successful career in interior design. He family
moved to the VIs in the 40s and she comes from generations of
builders. This has attributed to her keen understanding of local land
acquisition, all aspects of
building and property management. She is happy to have "returned home
for good" and specializes in large land parcels as investment
properties and luxury homes.

Frauke
Feddersen -- is our bi-lingual
real estate agent and borker, she speaks German and English
fluently. She raised two boys in St Thomas and has worked in real
estate for over 30 years! Frauke also has many years of
experience building rental and investment property as well as managing
these properties.
