Jeyan is 58 years of age, married to a practicing St. Thomas attorney, and has lived on St. Thomas for over 39 years. Virtually all of Jeyan's adult life she has worked in sales, the last 20 of which having been in real estate. Before starting her own company in 1987, she worked as a real estate sales associate at All About Condos. Ten years later she bought out All About Condos and merged it into COLDWELL BANKER - STOUT REALTY. Jeyan remains the sole owner and managing broker.

Before becoming a Realtor Jeyan's past experience included employment running the office of the Sapphire Bay Beach Apartments Rental Association. Since becoming a Realtor she has been very active in the St. Thomas Board of Realtors, serving many years on its Board of Directors. Jeyan was the 2001 President of the St. Thomas Board of Realtors, and a 2001 Vice -President of the Virgin Islands Territorial Board of Realtors. She is one of only three in the Virgin Islands who have achieved Life Membership in the Million Dollar Club, a status acquired through three consecutive years of over a million dollars in real estate sales. Under the National Association of Realtors, Jeyan is a Graduate of the Realtors' Institute (GRI), and has achieved designation as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). Only a small percentage of Realtors have achieved this dual status. For the past eleven years Jeyan has been listed in the internationally acclaimed Who's Who In Luxury Real Estate.
